The PaddleDNA infrastructure generates, stores, and delivers paddle performance data: measurements produced by connected testing machines, delivered as a sealed data packet that forms a paddle's performance profile. Measurements reflect a paddle as tested at the time of testing.
PaddleDNA™ is a trademark of Pickleball Instruments, LLC. The PaddleDNA name and logo, the PaddleDNA infrastructure, and the associated testing data formats, tags, and software are the property of Pickleball Instruments, LLC. Use of the app does not grant any right to use these marks.
Use of the app is at your own discretion. Pickleball Instruments, LLC is not responsible for any decisions made based on the information provided within the app.
The app may include features that are restricted to subscribed users. Subscription terms, pricing, and availability may change over time. Any purchases are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms.
We may update the app and these terms from time to time to reflect improvements or changes to the service. Continued use of the app indicates acceptance of any updates.
